RENTAL INFORMATION
Rental Fees:
Resident: $50 use fee AND $200 deposit
Non-Resident: $100 use fee AND $200 deposit
*Only a partial deposit may be reimbursed pending any administrative issues or concerns. This will be designated on a case by case basis.
Rental Availability:
Pavilions can be rented in 5 hour blocks between 9:30am and 7:00pm.
Pavilions can be rented on Saturdays and Sundays only.
If you are interested in a weekday, please contact the township office.
Rental Permit:
YOU MUST PRINT YOUR ISSUED PERMIT and display it at the pavilion at the time of your rental. Permits can be accessed through your account once you have processed your reservation.
IMPORTANT
If you have any conflicts with another group or an issue accessing the pavilion for your rental:
- Contact - 215.855.0903
- Press 1 for a non-emergency need for police services
- You will reach Montgomery County dispatch - request a Hatfield Township Officer
An insurance certificate listing the Township as an additional insured party is required from ALL companies and non-profit organizations. A signed liability waiver is required with every application. |
